Change of Mind Returns
If you would like to return an item because you have simply changed your mind, Baask Baby will happily offer you a store credit or an exchange for items returned within 14 days of purchase. This is provided that the item:
Is returned with proof of purchase (invoice)
Is unused, in its original condition and packaging, as well as containing the instruction manuals and any accessories.
This does not apply to any sale or discontinued items.
Baask Baby is not obliged to offer a full refund for any change of mind purchases as given by your rights in the ACL.
In order to exchange a product, you will be required to cover the shipping costs to and from Baask Baby.

Faulty Products
If you believe you have received a product that is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible (but no later than two weeks) with your purchase details. If your product is deemed faulty, based on an assessment from the manufacturer, Baask Baby will happily provide you with a full refund.
